Pastificio (pasta factory) Menazza Snc

Towards the end of the 20s, Natale Menazza, who was at that time head pasta maker in a pasta factory near Feltre, started working on his own; helped by his father (who was also an experienced pasta maker), he created, between 1932 and 1933, a factory in Roncade (TV), place of origin of the family.

His son Danilo, began his career of pasta maker very young and he devoted himself passionately to the activity. In 1964 he started his own business in Belluno, opening both a laboratory and a shop, merging all of his experiences and those of his predecessors.

After moving several times, the Menazza pasta factory has found its permanent home at number 7 in Piazza Mercato (Piazza delle Erbe), where the company headquarters and the exclusive point of sale can still be found today. The production now takes place in a new modern structured building in via M. Simonetti 24/a.

Danilo’s son Andrea joined him a few years ago and, with the help of a dozen employees, has given new impetus to the company, by increasing the range of products and services, which can be summarized in three main groups: fresh pasta and dumplings, dry pasta and ready meals.
